Join the Sport Ireland Campus Fitness "Transform: Weight Loss Club" now.

The club program has been designed by the Sport Ireland Campus Fitness team to kickstart your health & fitness goals over an initial 6-week period as well as provide valuable tips and information to help make those lifestyle changes you desire. The first program sessions will be held on Monday the 20th of April and will run for 6 consecutive weeks. 

Not only does this program include 2 progressive exercise classes per week to help you reach your goals, but you will also get:

  • Healthy Eating Workshops

  • Nutrition Support

  • Goal Setting and Habit-Forming

  • Food Diary Advice

  • Measurements and Weigh-ins

  • Education and Motivation

Sport Ireland Campus Fitness Members can enjoy a reduced rate of just €50 for Transform: Weight Loss Club.

Non-Members have two options for joining the Transform: Weight Loss Club:

  1. Join Transform: Weight Loss Club and attend each session for just €100

  2. Join Transform: Weight Loss Club and have full gym access for the 6-week term for just €175

Should you decide to become a Sport Ireland Campus Fitness member after the 6-week sessions, you will receive €50 off your membership.

Just select your membership type and the 2 weekly sessions (every Monday & Wednesday) that suit you best.

The sessions available are:

  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 06:00am - 07:00am

  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 09:30am - 10:30am

  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 07:15pm - 08:15pm
