We want to encourage members to reach their fitness goals by offering a complimentary Induction One-to-One Session, plus a Follow-Up One-to-One Session with an experienced fitness instructor to help design an individualised fitness plan.  Our One-to-One Sessions now include a free InBody Scan to help you reach your health and fitness goals with precision and actionable objectives.

One of our experienced fitness coaches will motivate you to help achieve your fitness goals. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, cardiovascular fitness, or conditioning our team can provide you with an assessment and create a realistic plan to help you get results.

Please note:

- Your membership must be valid at the time of booking and attending the session.

- Your one-to-one session must be booked within three days in advance and no later than 24 hours before the session via the Sport Ireland Campus App or at the Sport Ireland National Aquatic Centre reception.

- Members receive two vouchers on their account to; claim one Induction One-to-One session and one Follow-Up One-to-One session.

- Additional One-to-One Sessions are available to purchase via the Sport Ireland Campus app.
