VIRTUAL WORKOUT

Throughout the Level 5 Covid-19 restrictions, Sport Ireland Campus Fitness is currently closed.

To help you continue to meet your fitness goals, our expert trainers have put together a series of fitness videos and challenges for you to complete at home.

Each video will appear in the below section every weekday.
